Overview
2Fawcett are recruiting for a Credit Controller to work for a leading business based in Mansfield.

Reporting directly into the Credit Manager you will offer vital support to ensure smooth running of the accounts function. Providing varied support you will be ensuring efficient and timely collection of payments and reporting.


The Role & Responsibilities of the Credit Controller

  • Handling daytoday customer queries
  • Supporting the Credit Manager in assessing financial risk (including fraud risk and credit risk)
  • Processing customer credit notes from the returns system and monthly / quarterly sales rebate credit notes
  • Daytoday Sales Ledger processing
  • Manage and control customer annual target rebates and a master list of all customer rebates
  • Supporting the Credit Manager in producing the data for credit control meetings

Requirements of the Credit Controller

  • Previous experience within a similar role ideally within a SME business
  • AAT qualified or qualified by experience considered
  • Competent user of MS Excel (Vlookups and Pivot tables)


  • Working hours: Monday

  • Friday 40 hours

Salary:
Up to £24,000.00 per year
