THE COMPANY

Owning some of the most well-known brands in the industry, this is a great opportunity to work with a high volume of customers and a large dataset.
THE ROLE
As a Customer Analyst in this company, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Define and implement measurement strategies
- Help with the designing of engaging campaigns
- Carry out postcampaign analysis and make recommendations
- Undertake handson modelling and analysis of the marketing campaigns
- Identify areas to improve the CRM process
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Customer Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience in an analytical role
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing
- Excellent SQL skills
- Exposure to R or Python
- Experience with a data visualisation tool
THE BENEFITS
The successful Customer Analyst will receive a salary of between £45,000 and £55,000
