LONDON
A great opportunity to work for a gaming giant as a Customer Analyst


THE COMPANY
This company is a world leader in sports betting and gaming.

Owning some of the most well-known brands in the industry, this is a great opportunity to work with a high volume of customers and a large dataset.


THE ROLE
As a Customer Analyst in this company, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Define and implement measurement strategies
  • Help with the designing of engaging campaigns
  • Carry out postcampaign analysis and make recommendations
  • Undertake handson modelling and analysis of the marketing campaigns
  • Identify areas to improve the CRM process

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Customer Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in an analytical role
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing
  • Excellent SQL skills
  • Exposure to R or Python
  • Experience with a data visualisation tool

THE BENEFITS
The successful Customer Analyst will receive a salary of between £45,000 and £55,000
