Description

• Dealing directly with the public for reservations, fares and ticketing.
• Ticket issue & reissue / revalidation.
• Collecting of payments for ticket sales cash, invoices and credit card payments.
• Group bookings.
• Processing refunds.
• Monitoring travel agents.
• Completing daily Ticket Sales Report and handing over any cash to Accounts department.
• Liaising with airport ticket desk / traffic & cargo offices.
• Attending to BSP queries, raising ADMs / ACMs and analysing BSP reports.
• Answering & processing general enquiries from both agents & the public.
• Liaising with various departments locally and with Head Office.
• Filing, correspondence & records.

• Monday to Friday

• London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
