Salary:
£20,000- £31,250 dependent on experience and location

THE ROLE

Launched in May 2020 in response to the Global pandemic, the Bounce Back Loans Scheme (BBLS) provides support to the SME sector facing financial hardship and forms a crucial part of Government support for UK business and employees.


  • Act as a conduit between the BUCF and other operational teams, maintaining a robust awareness of current policy and providing a best practice 'feedback loop'.
  • Proactively review and analyse QC findings to identify follow up actions, gaps in processes and training requirements
  • Support in tracking the effective completion of actions that have arisen because of QC findings.
  • Participate in RCSA reviews with SUL Directors per the established timetable.
  • Participate in Incident identification, recording, triaging and management to closure
  • Support in the production of accurate and relevant data on team activities and QC testing outcomes
  • Assume the role of Risk Champion for SUL and proactively promote a positive, no blame culture.

Person specification:

  • Good understanding of Quality Control frameworks and tools.
  • A good Knowledge of risk management practices
  • Some Credit & Lending and quality assurance experience preferable
  • Proven analytical and problemsolving skills
