Description

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Download, manage, rename, and store client tender information in line with BIM guidelines for tender documents.
  • At tender stage, manage the Tender enquiry documents and addendums to maintain a live set of tender documents in support of the bid team.
  • Review and identify discrepancies and missing information in clients provided information at tender.
  • Maintain a register of the documents for each tender.
  • Manage documents to help reduce storage space on server.
  • Assist in providing tender handover documentation.
  • Manage circulation of contract documentation, requesting legal review (from Galldris legal support).
  • Ensure all/final documentation is stored and available for delivery team.
  • Request bonds (form Galldris providers).
  • Support the Office Manager with reception duties, phone calls and general admin.

Experience required:


  • Experience in the Construction Industry / working onsite is preferable.


  • Excellent IT skills

  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to deal with clients & internal staff
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Meticulous, organised, proactive with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Selfmotivated and enthusiastic
