IT Technician

Our client, a prestigious organisation based in Summertown, has an exciting opportunity to join their team as an IT Technician.


The Role

  • First/second line support of clients with questions and queries regarding IT
  • Configuration of AV equipment
  • Setting up desktops and laptops (Both Apple and Windows
  • Working on Windows server network environments
  • Create and maintain operational documentation
  • Troubleshooting tickets
  • Experience in working in an IT technician role (minimum 1 year)
  • Experience of troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model and TCP/IP
  • Experience with PC repair
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Certifications in CompTIA A+, Comp TIA Network+, Linux, Microsoft hardware (installation) or any other relevant qualifications are desirable
