Details of job:
- Sage invoicing input details from the job cards onto sage to create invoice.
- Input supplier invoices onto sage and file.
- Update job control book daily.
- Update vehicle maintenance planner daily.
- When customers drop off vehicles, create job card and hang keys in key cupboard with Key tag.
- Update staff holidays in holiday folder and in diary.
- At the end of the month update the total monthly hours from customers.
- Providing general administrative support, such as answering incoming calls, any paperwork, scanning, photocopying, and printing.
Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 9 months
Part-time hours: 23 per week
Salary:
£8.00-£10.00 per hour
