We are an ethical, fast-growing recycling and resource management company based in Purfleet Essex.

Recorra's Operations team is at the heart of our business, and we are looking for an exceptional person to join them.

With significant investment being made at our Operations base in 2019, and huge growth post covid this is a great opportunity to join us during an exciting period, helping to keep our operations performing at the highest level.


As our Yard Team Leader we require you to have experience in a busy warehouse, running a small team, to provide extra support to our operation.

You will be hands on working in the warehouse solving daily problems that arise. Your normal hours of work will be Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. Shift start times range from 6:30am - 9:30am and you will need to be flexible on this. There will also be a need to work at the weekends or overtime as and when the business requires.

Bonus:
Attendance bonus: £100 per month It is paid monthly and is paid 1 month behind.


The role also incudes (but is not limited to);

  • Ensure Health & Safety requirements are met at all times
  • Banksman for all truck movements
  • Sort material and ensure quality standards are met
  • Assist and manage offloading of vehicles
  • Operating machinery

About you:


  • 2 years' experience within a busy logistics office
  • Live within 1 hour's drive of Purfleet RM1
  • Good spoken English
