**Hourly rate:
- **£35,000 per annum


Contract type:Fixed Term Maternity Cover 12 Months, Full-Time, 37 hours per week

Norwich Supported Living service supports customers with learning and physical disabilities, from ages 28-83 in their own homes.

They all have their own tenancies and are supported to live as independently as possible within the service that operates 24hours a day.


This is a CQC registered service providing flexible support, ranging from one to 24 hours a day seven days per week, enabling our customers to lead active lives in the community, build their confidence, empower, and maintain the level of independence thatis right for them.


It is essential for the post holder to hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or hold an equivalent qualification.

It may also be a requirement to register with CQC during contract.

The role requires flexibility and to participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota, including some weekend and evening shifts.
