Description

We are thrilled to be recruiting for this established, friendly and industry leading business in Ware who are seeking a customer focused Shipping Coordinator and key Account leader to join their team as soon as possible.

A dynamic and responsible role, the client offers a superb platform to develop within a unique industry.

Key duties include:

Booking transport for international and UK shipments
Maintain and develop relationships with key customer accounts
Liaising with the Transport and Logistics coordinator to ensure smooth bookings for clients
Support outbound shipments and review essential shipping documentation required by customers and suppliers
Managing communication and relationships with all freight forwarders, customs, and external warehouses
Sending shipment and invoice documentation to customers for every delivery in a timely manner
