Wates are looking for an Administrator to join our Cost Planning Team based in Leatherhead, focussing on high profile, technically complex projects across multiple sectors.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Administrators are a valuable part of our business providing support, through managing and distributing information to colleagues, responding to calls, and carrying out administrative tasks to assist the day to day running of our offices.
As our Administrator you will:
- Responsible for receiving and sorting mail and taking relevant actions where appropriate.
- Composing and sending routine correspondence.
- Answering the telephone and dealing with routine enquiries.
- Coordinating and managing the diary of the team and Senior Managers.
- Organising itineraries and other bookings.
- Receiving guests/visitors and coordinating meeting requirements as necessary
- Creating and maintaining information on systems and databases
- Creating and maintaining efficient filing systems
- General administrative duties including digital filing and photocopying
- Operating Salesforce, SharePoint systems (training provided)
- Utilizing proprietary Computer Software to setup projects support in quantification etc. (Training provided)
