What you'll be doing
As a Junior IT Support Desk Analyst, the role includes but is not limited to:

  • Acting as first line support
  • troubleshooting IT-related incidents and problems across software and hardware on devices such as smart phones, laptops, PCs and printers.
  • Escalating unresolved calls to the relevant 2nd line support teams.
  • Maintaining a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhering to all service management principles and processes.
  • Managing the new joiners and the leavers processes.
  • Setting up company equipment.
  • Providing basic inhouse training for users.

We are seeking an individual who has a passion for IT and a desire to develop their skills within our Company to take their first step in a rewarding IT career.

You will be an avid problem-solver, technically capable and have a passion to fix things. Thepost-holder will be a strong communicator, perhaps with experience in a customer facing role.


What you'll get in return
The salary for this role is dependent on experience.

Working hours are Monday - Thursday , Fridays , with the option of working up to two days per week remotely and free, onsite parking.
