- disciplined contractor specialising in civil engineering, reinstatement and utilities.

RCE Ltd are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated Traffic Management Team Leader, based in Coventry but attending live sites Nationwide.

You will be a confident leader taking responsibility for the day to day running of the traffic management team with support from the Programme Manager, allocating appropriate resources to changing project requirements maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

You must have one of following Lantra qualifications, other qualifications may be considered depending on the qualification:
Minimum relevant tickets are 12D (M1/M2) and M5.

Role/ Responsibilities

Work with the Programme Manager to allocate appropriate resource to changing project requirements
Reviewing Site Traffic Management plans
Undertaking sites visits and checking compliance
Reviews generic, site specific and daily RAMs
Monitoring and auditing installations to ensure all work is carried out according to safe working methods and requirements
Ensuring strict processes are maintained to the highest standard throughout the business where health & safety is priority.
You will promote a positive company image whilst at work, ensuring compliance that TM operatives have and wear Company Branded PPE
Willingness to 'Roll your Sleeves Up' dependent on Project and Resource availability

Key Skills and Attributes

Minimum 5 years Experience in Traffic Management Industry
Full UK driving licence
Enthusiastic and motivated
Strong Leadership Skills
Punctual and Reliable
Excellent Communicator
Ability to work under pressure in a daily changing environment making informed reactive decisions
Be physically fit to be able to lift, move and maintain Traffic Management equipment
