Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2years experience working as a Service Advisor within the automotive/motorhome industry
  • Languages must be fluent in English and be able to write competently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ability to interact with customers as when required.
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Hardworking, punctual, reliable, ability to use own initiative.
  • Stability under pressure reacts well to change and stays positive despite setbacks.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Able to adapt to the company's needs in the way we deliver our service and customer experience.
  • Reliable and takes pride in the quality of their work with a high standard.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Main responsibilities:


  • Liaising with and giving full service to the sales and workshop teams.
  • Responsible for taking incoming calls and making outgoing calls where necessary.
  • Dealing with customers over the phone and face to face.
  • Ensure professional preparation of all invoices and job cards
  • Processing invoices and taking payment.
  • Ensure prompt, polite and proactive aftersales reception.
  • Ensure charging out of retail, warranty and internal work in accordance with policy guidelines.
  • Responsible for hour's utilisation and charge out for engineers
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times
  • Booking vehicles in and liaising with suppliers and warranty companies as required.
  • Liaising with warranty department.
  • Completing job cards for the technicians and managing their work load.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
  • Ability to upsell on service work and service plans
  • Familiarity with motor trade dealer management and database software
  • Familiarity with warranty work and manufacturer requirements
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as with own initiative
You must also be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm for your role, with an attention for detail and have the ability to consistently work to high standards


Hours
Monday to Friday: 8.30am pm

Saturday: 9.00am - 12:30pm (1 in 4 Saturdays from March - September)

£24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
