You'll help us to get the balance right - not least so we can continue investing in an airport that leads the world.

This is a great opportunity for someone with knowledge of CRM looking to grow their knowledge and build their career in this field.

Gathering content for campaigns to align with business priorities and needs. This will include sourcing images and writing the copy to be used, ensuring that content is aligned with stakeholder needs and reflecting the Heathrow brand.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Managing expectations of timelines and working with for signoff of campaign assets.
Supporting and delivering campaign journey performance and producing reports for the next best action on campaigns.
Demonstrating compliance with legislation and GDPR and working with the GDPR analyst to incorporate new legislation.
Knowledge of CRM gained through working in a similar position, focussed on creating content.
Skilful at writing content.
Experience in working with and managing daytoday relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Evidence of using market segmentation data to develop targeted and relevant communication to customers.

Ideally, you will also have:

Travel/Leisure, Hospitality or Retail sector experience.
Awareness and understanding of data protection and GDPR.

Working Location
Our agile approach offers the opportunity to combine home working with meetings, events and training at the airport.

All roles involve some on-site working each week, so you'll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
