The opportunity
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a large and forward-thinking regulatory body. We are supporting them to recruit a Recruitment Manager for a permanent position.

This is a Hybrid role, with the requirement to be in the office once a week.


What the Recruitment Manager will be doing
The Recruitment Manager role involves.

  • Oversee recruitment across the organisation, enhance employer brand and provide a customercentric service.
  • Ensure all recruitment is aligned with equality, diversity, and inclusion.

What the successful Recruitment Manager will bring to the team
This role is suitable for someone who;

  • Strong knowledge of best practice and experience in implementing recruitment strategies
  • Excellent relationship management and influencing skills.
  • Proven experience in building and leading a team to achieve organisational strategies
