We are currently recruiting for an Administration Officer to work for our Client in Sheffield


Monday to Friday 09.00 / 17.00 although some flexibility is required, and this role is until at least September 2023.

Pay £12.30 PAYE or £15.42 via Umbrella - Immediate start available.


You will be working for a housing association as an integral part of the team coordinating and updating all functions of the office.

Duties include but will not be limited to

  • To drive the resolution of customer queries at first point of contact through developing neighbourhood knowledge and by developing an understanding of the work of regional colleagues
  • To support the regional team in quick resolution of demands from customers by being present to answer queries in the office when other teammembers are fieldbased, and developing a broad understanding of neighbourhoods with the region, neighbourhood and patch issues and the work of regional colleagues.
  • To provide office cover in the first instance and act as first point of contact for enquiries into the regional team, liaising effectively with the Customer Access Hub and other colleagues to manage customer enquiries and minimise hand offs.
  • To be responsible for general administrative tasks, including setting up team/ regional meetings, arranging training sessions, taking minutes of meetings etc.
  • To provide support to regional campaigns and events as requested by other regional colleagues.
  • Support in the production of reports and management information relating to performance and compliance as required.
  • To support the delivery of regional action plans by collecting and recording data to enable the effective tracking of progress made.
  • To check and request up to date customer information upon contact to ensure accurate customer records are maintained to support effective service delivery.
  • To complete coding of invoices as directed by managers and to raise purchase orders as required, using the Purchase to Pay system in line with Great Places procurement practices.
  • Ensuring all customer complaints/issues are recorded and responded to in a timely manner.
  • The nature of this post will require a level of flexibility given the changing operating environment. There may be other duties which are identified and requested.

Salary:
£12.30-£15.42 per hour
