We are looking to appoint a Department Support Assistant to join our team based at our Matthew Boulton College.

Support for ESOL and Commercial Services recruitment and liaison with curriculum teams.

Both department require a member of staff to facilitate assessment centres, to respond to enquires to engage with students at the start and end of courses.

Specifically this will be to assist with ESOL general and timetabling queries currently demanding a disproportionate amount to the DMs time.

The other part of the role will be targeting JCP referrals to agree course start dates and collection of pre enrolment evidence to convert the referrals onto enrolments.
