Finance Business Partner - Leicester - £45k

This role will suit someone driven, ambitious, looking for a commercial role which they can really get their teeth stuck into.

Hybrid working, lots of career progression and a fantastic down to earth team are some of the perks.

This won't be a 9-5 number crunching style role. This will be mainly stakeholder management, driving commercial performance. Analysing trends, presenting ideas, commentaries, and thoughts to influence business performance. There will be some month end workof course, but, over-time this will reduce further too.

If you see yourself as a commercial person rather than a 'number cruncher' this one is for you.

The team are driven, ambitious. Meaning, the routes for progression will be there for you to take.

They are open on background, practice, industry, first commercial role etc. It's all about the person and you're ability to show you can step up. A strong academic record and CV showing advancement will be needed.

The Role:

Identify opportunity areas to drive commercial performance working closely with finance and nonfinance stakeholders
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Support and challenge budget holders, helping them to understand their numbers and challenge their thinking
Cost centre reviews
Accruals, prepayments, journals and month end support
KPI reporting and analysis
Variance analysis
