Our Landscapers will work in a small team on site.You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects including residential and commercial landscaping, parks, sports, play and domestic gardens.
Objectives of this Role
Be a key member of the team helping to deliver projects on time, safely and to a high standard.
Communicate politely with clients and colleagues in a proactive and positive manner.
Understand and implement your own health, safety and environmental responsibilities.
Be open to learning new techniques and work methods.
Lead by example.
Responsibilities
Be proactive and positive with your team members and contribute to the team's performance and motivation.
Ensure you and your team follow all rules and procedures.
Maintain and care for vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
Keep you, your team, and the environment safe.
Communicate clearly with your team leader.
Skills, Qualifications, and attributes
Experience in hard and soft landscaping for commercial clients desirable
UK Driving license
Basic math and measurement skills
CSCS Operative card desired but not essential
Ability to working in all weather and flexibility to travel and work away from home if needed.
Salary:
£21,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Towcester, NN12 8SY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
