We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Operations team at Walnut Unlimited, to support the field based research interviewers with mobile fieldwork enquiries, materials and equipment, along with general administration to support the team.

This is an office-based role, and you will be required to be in the Winchester office 5 days a week.

Specifically, you will:


  • Provide administrative support for all field based market research interviewers.
  • Be the point of contact on all support calls, helping with equipment, tablet issues, IT kits, escalation when required
  • Maintain the database tracking location & status of equipment used for fieldwork.
  • Take responsibility for all fieldwork equipment, making sure the correct equipment is available for each project at the right time
  • Collate and mail out all fieldwork materials
  • Assist with verbatim coding of surveys when required to aid analysis.
  • General administration duties, including answering incoming calls, ordering stationery etc

Requirements:


  • Ideally you will have gained some experience in an Administration or Customer Service role and be looking to develop your experience and career within a Market Research environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, you'll be able to explain to others in a clear, concise and timely manner
  • Ideally you will have GCSE passes in Maths and English or equivalent qualification, with a good knowledge of IT equipment (Tablets/Laptop/Desktops)
  • You'll understand the management of data and the importance of protection of confidential information.
  • Be a selfstarter who shows initiative, flexibility and able to take responsibility for your actions
  • Organised and methodical able to follow process
  • You'll have a collaborative, inclusive and professional approach to working with colleagues, partners, clients and suppliers.
