Title - Children's Residential Support Worker

Pay - From £30,000 annually with the opportunity for progression (
Sleep Rate - £62.64 (Not waking nights))

Location - Spalding, Lincolnshire

Hours - 39 weekly with an average of 5 sleeps a month
- Full-Time Role
- Supporting young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
- Supporting young people aged between 8 1
- Work within staff team of support workers, seniors, deputy managers and a registered manager
- Ensure all support given meets OFSTED standards
- Support children and young within the home and in the community
- Arranging and taking part in activities
- Managing, updating and following care plans
As a core member of the team, you'll be expected to work autonomously and provide the best care possible for service users.
This will be through the various training packages that you will be assisted in completing when you are preparing to start your new job and the promise of completing the qualification of an NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential.
With this qualification, it will look brilliant on your CV if you ever wanted to work with children or in a residential setting again as you will gain relevant experience in the role.
