Key responsibilities:

Maintaining and recording all relevant information onto a CRM database
Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
Achieving weekly and monthly KPI's and revenue targets

A successful trainee recruitment consultant will be:

Well organised, driven & tenacious with a previous background in sales or a fast paced office environment
Ability to work as part of a successful team
Good attention to detail
The ability to converse and communicate clearly
Driven, selfmotivated and wants to develop
Highly motivated and ambitious
