Job description
Our Customer Service centre based in Southampton provides a full servicing operation to brands produced by the Swatch Group.
We are looking for a quick-thinking and adaptable person to join our CS Logistics Hub and play a pivotal part in our customer service operation.
- Unpack, Sort and Register incoming watches from our customers.
- Taking accurate pictures of watches upon arrival and uploading these to the service system (SAP)
- Invoicing, labelling, packing and shipping watches to customers across the UK and Ireland
- Labelling, packing and shipping watch parts to customers across the UK and Ireland
- Preparing, packing and labelling prepaid packs to customers across the UK
- Preparing, packaging and distribution of watches to Europe and Switzerland, ensuring customs procedures are adhered to
- Receiving and unpacking watches from Europe and Switzerland, ensuring customs procedures are adhered to
- Maintain a high level of accuracy at all times when handling, entering and dispatching watches and customer details onto the service system (SAP)
- Support with distributing internal post across various departments
- Communicate in a clear, concise and timely manner to your supervisor and department manager where required
Profile Essential Skills and Experience**- A high level of attention to detail
- Good time management skills and able to effectively prioritise workload
- A flexible approach, excellent levels of concentration and a proactive outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT skills
Desirable Skills and Experience
- SAP experience is desirable
Professional requirements Essential Qualifications**- 5 GCSE's including Maths and English (or equivalent)
