Call Centre Agent - North West London

Salary: 24k + CAR + COMPANY BENEFITS


YOLO Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Call Centre Agent for our client's dealership based in North West London.

You will need some sort of call centre experience although this does not need to be motor trade.

Duties of the Call Centre Agent:

  • Maintain a friendly and efficient customer interface for service work
  • Handle requests for service or progress enquiries in a timely manner
  • Book routine service and repair jobs and make computerised appointments and quote price to customer.
  • Makes preparation for job cards after a booking has been made.
  • Produces a written job card for the customer visit.11
  • Track progress of service and repair jobs and inform customer when necessary
  • Complete financial administration for service and repair jobs
  • Leave every calling customer with a sense of efficient service and being valued
  • Use questioning and listening techniques to identify customer problems/queries
  • Promote the retailer's products and services
  • Answer incoming calls following the retailer's established processes
  • Forward calls or take messages for retailer staff as required
  • Proactively recommend efficiency and effectiveness improvements for call centre team
  • Maintain customer personal and transaction records so they are useful to other retailer staff
  • Keep customer and transaction records up to date and accurate
  • Establish and record customer preferences
  • Provide a single point of contact and resolution for routine customer enquiries and concerns
  • Use initiative to resolve customer enquiries effectively and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information in a clear and professional manner
  • Bring customer concerns to the attention of affected managers
Hours for the Call Centre Agent are Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week.

The company are open to basic salaries, plus you will make bonus and overtime. This will be discussed at interview stage.
