Description

We are looking for two full time CBS Support Officers on a one years temporary contract to support our medical team in cardiology and our head and neck team working across our eye and ENT department due to secondment opportunities within the department.

You should share our passion and drive to ensure that our patients and staff receive quality and compassionate care and work with us to ensure the Trust continues its journey towards "great people, great place".

We would also be willing to support internal secondment opportunities should you be looking to gain experience in an administrative / customer service setting.

The main role of the CBS support officer is to provide a courteous appointment and reception service to the CBS team covering outpatient clinics on site and admin duties in the main office located at the Innovation Centre.

Working hours are from 8am to 4pm or 8:30am to 4:30pm depending on clinic start times.
