Description

Our client creates bespoke high-end furniture and architectural joinery for residential projects and are looking to appoint a Production Manager for their manufacturing workshop.

You would be responsible for a team delivering the manufacturing schedule on time and in line with the high standards expected by their clients.

Skills and Experience required from the Production Manager:

At least 8 years' experience in a furniture / cabinet making / assembly environment
People management experience, able to mentor and train others
Experience using all kinds of woodworking machinery and handheld power tools
Selfdriven and results orientated
Ability to understand technical drawings
Problem solver and able to mentor others

Salary will be c£45k with the following benefits:
