Our client is an established accountancy practice, based in Merseyside.
Due to their continued growth plans, they are looking for an Accounts and Audit Seniorto supporttheir management teamwith accounting and auditing duties.

About the role
This role would suit an experienced and professional individual,looking to take the next step in their career.

Reporting to the management team, the Accounts and Audit Senior will carry out valuable accounting and auditing services, including VAT, tax returnsand statutory audits.

Key aspects of the role include:

Preparing accounts for Limited Companies, LLP, Sole Traders and Partnerships;
Preparing and analysing management accounts in order to assist clients;
Assisting in statutory audits, including being involved in planning, fieldwork and completion of files for manager review;
Preparing corporate and personal tax returns;
Preparing VAT returns.

The ideal person

The position would suit an excellent communicator with a high level of attention to detail, keen to progress their role.

The person should be confident in liaising with clients and assisting them to get the best out of their resources and business.
