About the job:


We are looking for a passionate leader, who excels at leading teams, who will be accountable and responsible for the continued refinement and delivery of the University's employability strategy and who is eager to deliver exceptional service to our students in supporting them with their employment outcomes.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Directly managing a team of employer engagement, careers professionals with an awardwinning graduate contact team, you will be responsible for the implementation and continued refinement of our strategy.
  • You will implement and drive all relevant services, ensuring a seamless experience for our students that ensures every student secures great work experience and longterm opportunities.

Skills and Experience:


If you are looking for an opportunity to make a real impact you will demonstrate that you have experience of operating at a strategic level, leading complex projects and multi-disciplinary functions, and of managing and leading large teams, complex budgets and leading service design within a careers or employability setting.

You will be able to evidence organisation-wide impact, effective engagement, influencing and negotiating with a variety of stakeholders.
