A legal-500 award winning firm are looking for a confident Corporate Tax Lawyer to join their experienced corporate team in their Surrey office.

The Tax Lawyer's Role

The successful Corporate Tax Lawyer will aid with complex tax issues across a range of areas including public and private M&A, reorganisations and demergers, real estate, funds, cross-border transactions and insolvency and restructuring matters.

The Corporate Tax Lawyer will also work closely with other departments such as corporate, PE, real estate, employment, pensions and litigation groups.

The Tax Lawyer:

Qualified solicitor/lawyer
Experience in corporate/business Tax matters
Strong academic background
Excellent communication skills
