Our client is looking for an Administrator - Part Time to join their business. This role is a 20 hour per week position.


Client Details
Within this role you will be working as a sole Administrator for a small office based in Chichester.


Description
The key responsibilities of an Administrator - Part Time are as follows;

  • Assisting organising diaries and booking meetings.
  • Answering and making telephone calls to clients.
  • Completing paperwork ready for review.
  • Preparing and filing confirmation statements to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Undertaking department specific tasks
  • Working with colleagues to ensure that common processes and procedures are completed for common tasks.
  • Engaging as an active team member of the administration team in identifying areas in need of improvement and identifying potential solutions to problems.
  • Assisting other Executive Assistants during their peak period in their individual workflows.

Profile
The successful Administrator - Part Time will have;

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Happy working Part Time in office
  • Able to work effectively on there own
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Organised and willing to help out when necessary

Job Offer
£22,000 FTE

Part Time 20 Hours Per week

5 days per week
