An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Technical Officer within the Caerphilly Homes Technical Team (Housing Repair Operations (HRO) and the Planned Asset Management Strategy (PAMS) teams).
The role is to support the Systems Operations Supervisor in providing technical and data management support to ensure an efficient and effective repairs and maintenance service.
The successful applicant would assist in technical administration for the managers and assist with managing data, systems and information ensuring all resources are used in an efficient, economic and equitable manner appropriate to providing a service that represents best value for Caerphilly Homes.
