A multi outlet prestigious golf club that offers fresh seasonal menus using locally sourced produce is recruiting a
Kitchen Manager. The facilities at the golf club provide meals for members in a variety of outlets including day time snacks, formal members dinners, to volume golfing events.
The golf club is especially busy during the golf peak season inthe summer months but is used throughout the year as it is a popular wedding and events venue.
As
Kitchen Manager you are responsible for a team of 5 chefs, controlling profits and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
This role offers good working hours to ensure a work life balance is achieved for the team in the kitchen.
Requirements:
This role of
Kitchen Manager would suit a driven Chef who has previous experience working in fast paced fresh food kitchens.
