Full Time - Monday to Friday (office based)

This is fantastic opportunity to join well-established events business in an extremely exciting sector specializing in Formula 1 hospitality, they hold a signature event each year with trackside super yachts being a particular area of expertise.

Position:

This successful events company is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join their team in north Buckinghamshire.

Your role is to ensure the company's accounts administration needs are taken care of throughout the year and to assist with event requirements within the business.

In the role you will be proving a blended role of accounts management and event planning/preparation for the company.

You will be Liaising with clients and partners to ensure hospitality and event requirements are met and all areas of accounts are managed effectively and efficiently.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Budget management
Profit and loss reporting
Invoicing process & procedures
Experience with Sage Line 50
Event admin and planning
Accounts admin for order processing
Knowledge of currencies
Payment of supplies using FX dealer
Control sales staff commission matrix and profit margins
Monitor letting portfolio and office building
Payroll & holiday monitoring.
Lead generation support

You will be required to do events planning, experience will need to be essential, alternatively accounts experience within a sport events company could be considered.

Salary:
From £35,000.00 per year
