You'll be working alongside the business, enabling the implementation of agreed people plans to improve performance as well as providing operational support.

You'll be working on a number of areas, to include:
Resourcing, Diversity and Inclusion, Wellbeing, Workforce Planning and organisational/change management.

What you'll be doing
As HR Partner, your main roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring organisational design and development plans and interventions are executed
  • Supporting internal HR and ER activity onsite such as Local Joint Councils and subgroups
  • Working with the HR team and management within the business to ensure that diversity and inclusion plans are executed in line with our nuclear fleet/Station business plans
  • Monitoring local completion statistics (for Performance Management, Appraisals, Wellbeing discussions etc.) and taking appropriate action where necessary to ensure compliance
  • Producing management information and compliance reports on HR metrics
  • Coordinating administration of key HR processes such as adhoc payroll changes, TOIL and training/retirement courses
  • Supporting and coordinating ad hoc HR projects.
