About the Team
We are HR Compliance and Governance, commonly referred to as "HRCG".

Our work focuses on various legal and external regulatory requirements for human resources, such as cross-border travel compliance, employee representative bodies cooperation, new hiring entity setup in non-China areas, etc.

HRCG's main goals are to ensure the company complies with local laws and regulations for labor and employment during global business development, and to help the company solve compliance and governance issues related to "people and organization.

Responsibilities:

Solve internal human resources compliance problems in the company, complete problem analysis based on data analysis, deliver analysis reports, output problem solutions, and lead or cooperate to complete followup actions on management/product implementation.
Explore human resources compliance issues that may exist in the company's current stage, analyze and demonstrate the issues through data and internal and external research, and discover optimization points.
Collaborate with product and functional teams to support companylevel compliance projects.
Design compliance processes and implement process systemization based on aPaaS.

Qualifications:

Advantageous to have 35 years of experience in internet business analysis/data analysis/product work.
Demonstrated proficiency in datadriven problemsolving, the ability to abstract problems based on data, and effective problem analysis and decomposition skills.
Strong aptitude for learning, selfmotivation, and exceptional communication skills.
Proficiency in SQL, with additional experience in aPaaS considered advantageous.
Fluent in English, with the capability to utilize it as the primary working language.
