Are you passionate about HR and looking to join an amazing company that truly values it's employees? Our client, a Charity supporting those with learning difficulties, could be the perfect match for you.
Job Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Preparation of HR documents e.g employment contracts
- Update and maintain internal database, recording sickness and annual leave etc
- Assist in the recruitment process
- Supervise with new employee onboarding, including arranging checks and references preemployment
- Assist in relevant HR projects
Job Criteria:
- Passion for HR and People
- Driving license and access to vehicle
- Qualified or willing to work toward Level 3/5 CIPD
- Admin experience
