Low Carbon Exchange are looking for a Project Division Administrator to join a rapidly expanding renewable energy company working in the decarbonisation sector.


This well-established company specialise in the design, installation, maintenance of renewable energy systems and decarbonisation works to include Heat Pumps, Solar PV, Solar Thermal, Loft Insulation, Cavity Wall Insulation, External Wall Insulation, Ventilation any many more.


Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

  • Act as point of reference for internal & external queries
  • Answer incoming calls within 4 rings in a professional manner; Assess importance of each call and appropriate response, relay messages
  • Booking appointments with residents
  • Liaising with the client and or main contractor on all aspects of the project
  • Placing orders to include scheduling equipment deliveries (ensuring that you adhere to company standards)
  • Ensure change is captured and recorded in a timely manner
  • Extracting and logging data from Daily Site Diaries
  • Collate and update all Handover documentation and records
  • Updating Master Finishing Schedules for all projects
  • Create, develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal
- and external customers

  • Organise and manage filing electronic and paper filing systems
  • Support visiting directors and people to office, offering drinks etc.
  • Draft and type reports, minutes, and documents, produce presentations in
- different formats to meet specific requirements. Print, copy, collate, bind and distribute documents as required.

  • Assist in maintaining and updating both Low Carbon Exchange and subcontractor training records and certification
  • Assist in ensuring all operatives work in a safe manner adhering to the company's Health and Safety policy
  • Undertake company training as requested

The Person

  • Good track record of working in a multidisciplined, fast paced role
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload accordingly
  • High accuracy levels and attention to detail
  • Comprehensive knowledge of job management systems and/or Microsoft Office packages
  • Able to exercise discretion & high levels of confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work as part of a team or on own
  • Experience of working within the renewable sector
  • Experience of working in a Maintenance/service/breakdown department

Certification/Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role essential
  • Good standard of education including English/IT skills GCSE or equivalent
