Marks Sattin have been engaged to recruit an attractive new role as a Senior Treasury Analyst in this Internationally recognised business.

You will prepare and develop the Treasury function, with a strong focus on foreign currency management and other financialderivative risks.

You will be involved with process improvements with the treasury team and have the chance to lead initiatives and enhance your CV significantly

Key Accountabilities:


  • Manage activities relating to the Groups day to day cash management
  • Support treasury processes, reporting and systems focussing primarily on technical treasury areas
  • Maintain robust risk management processes and controls for all Treasury functions
  • Manage the short/medium term cash forecast
  • Monitoring/supporting the ongoing management of working capital facilities across the group
  • Short term cash management of deposits/currency balances including the management of counterparty exposure, looking at risks/rewards tenor/maturity of deposit structures
  • Execute FX and Money Market deals, monitor limits and prepare related reports as required for Management reporting
  • Maintain robust cash management processes and control
  • Monitor treasury counterparty exposures to ensure limits are not breached
  • Key point of contact for group entities into Group Treasury
  • General support for treasury processes including capability to cover daily payment processing and other payment processes, such as peer review
  • Support team with treasury projects
  • Collaborate with both internal & external stakeholders

Requirements:


  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent.
  • Related accounting or treasury qualification preferred (ACA, ACCA, ACT).
  • Extensive experience working in a finance role, particularly within Treasury or Insurance preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High levels of attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet demanding deadlines and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
  • Highly motivated with excellent communication skills.
