Role
The Account Handler role supports Senior and Account Executives including the day-to-day handling of their customers. A key focus is to exceed customer expectations and ensure all customer have a great experience.


Some key accountabilities within this role will include:

  • Meet deadlines set by Senior and Account Executives for delegated tasks.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to support client retention.
  • Deliver agreed customer service targets and quality levels for Senior/Account Executive customers
  • Give suitable advice to customers within the FCA regulatory framework
  • Adhere to procedures for customer debt

Person
We are looking for an Account Handler with excellent communication skills who is able to build rapport with customers.

It is important for us, as a people first business, that we have a team how always act with good conduct, ensuring our customers are givencorrect and relevant information ensuring their needs are met and allowing them to make an informed decision.


  • General insurance knowledge gained in a Broking or Insurance Company environment.
  • Certificate in Insurance (working towards Diploma).
  • Positive and enthusiastic communication skills that can be adapted to internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Individual accountability with the ability to spot and identify opportunities and provide solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail.
