Role:
To ensure a high level of customer service by working as part of the Inventory Team.

This will involve carrying out investigations into Stock Queries, Cycle Counting, Support Stock Projects, Transferring stock from the manufacturing facility and Goods Inwards into Warehouse areas and processing through all requested stock movements.


Responsibilities:


  • Investigate stock discrepancies found or reported and corrected in a timely manner, regularly monitoring the dashboard.
  • Pick, check and prepare Internal customer orders and materials (Sample Orders & Fabrication) using the Voice Recognition System.
  • Ensure that all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Execute weekly targets set from the monthly Cycle Count process and update IFS as required.
  • Carry out Stock movements and compressions to ensure optimum space management and utilisation.
  • Carry out the appropriate Investigations needed to complete the RMA process and report findings.
  • Support the achievement and continuous improvement of OTIF to target 92.5% and reduce RMA's
  • Communicate with the Inventory Supply Supervisor on any operational issues.
  • Support both the Putaway and Manufacturing Supply teams in the Location and supply of products and material.
  • Maintain a high level of housekeeping within all warehouse areas.
  • Help and Support a culture of Continuous Improvement throughout the operation.
  • To carry out any additional warehouse tasks requested by the warehouse management team.
  • To carry out any additional warehouse tasks requested, this may include;
  • Unloading, Putaway and Goods Inwards.
  • Pick, check and prepare customer orders for Building Services, Effast, Domus and International, ready for outbound loading error free and presented to a high standard both within the Warehouse and Yard areas.
  • Able to reserve and deliver Fabrication orders according to requests and plan.
  • Complete secondary count reports for approval, ensuring all necessary investigations have been completed.
  • Complete consumable counts and issue to correct cost centres weekly.
  • Run all nonstandard location inventory checks, eg. Factory and Goods In booking locations, W2EXPORT, to name a few.
  • Regularly review open Transport Tasks and complete checks on any outstanding which are over 3 days.
  • RMA processing of goods returned, to ensure stock is in a saleable condition and booked to the correct locations once checked, processing RMA through IFS to credit the customer accordingly.

Requirements:


  • Good communication skills
  • Manual handling ability
  • Licence for all appropriate MHE
  • Good understanding of the warehouse functions on IFS
  • Basic product range knowledge
  • Understanding of all warehouse task and functions
