About The Role:

The main purpose of this role is to perform the effective operation of the bank reconciliation process, ensuring bank transactions match our financial records.

This involves Identifying discrepancies, errors, or missing transactions, ensuring we have accurate financial reporting and involves generating reports at month end.

In addition, you will provide support to the Accounts Payable team with reconciling Supplier statements and processing of high volumes of Supplier invoices.

This is a parttime flexible hours role: preferred is 3 days a week, 8:305pm.
Daily monitoring of multiple bank accounts and downloading bank statements.
Reconciling bank transactions to financial records.
Balance cashbooks and bank reconciliations daily.
Generate month end reports.
Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies.
Reconcile Supplier Statements.
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Support the wider finance team with any ad hoc tasks.

About You:

Have a good knowledge of how the teams within Finance work together.
Excellent excel skills.
Experience of managing own time and workload effectively.
Excellent team player.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
Experience working with multicurrency would be an advantage but not essential.
High attention to detail and strong organisational /problemsolving skills
Able to work under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy and speed.
Professional in appearance, conduct and manner.
Good cultural fit against Company values and benefits
Experience using Dynamics/D365 is desirable but not essential.
