Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch break)

Epping Hospital Facilities Management is seeking a dedicated and skilled
Hospital Painter to join our dynamic team.

As a Hospital Painter, you will play a vital role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal and atmosphere of our hospital wards, offices, and communal spaces through your expertise in internal cyclical decorations.

Responsibilities:

Perform highquality painting work on hospital walls, ceilings, and surfaces according to established standards and guidelines.
Collaborate with the facilities management team to plan and execute cyclical painting projects, ensuring mínimal disruption to hospital operations.
Select and mix paint colors to achieve the desired aesthetic while adhering to hospital design guidelines.
Safeguard all equipment, furniture, and fixtures in the work area, ensuring their protection during the painting process.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, disposing of waste materials responsibly.
Complete tasks efficiently within the designated time frame while upholding the highest quality standards.
Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring the wellbeing of both yourself and others in the hospital environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a painter, preferably with experience in hospital or healthcare settings.
Valid CSCS Card is mandatory.
Proficiency in using a variety of painting tools including brushes, rollers, and other necessary equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality work.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and hospital staff.
Punctual, reliable, and dedicated to maintaining a professional work ethic.
A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to the unique needs of a hospital environment.
