Epping Hospital Facilities Management is seeking a dedicated and skilled
Hospital Painter to join our dynamic team.
As a Hospital Painter, you will play a vital role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal and atmosphere of our hospital wards, offices, and communal spaces through your expertise in internal cyclical decorations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform highquality painting work on hospital walls, ceilings, and surfaces according to established standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the facilities management team to plan and execute cyclical painting projects, ensuring mínimal disruption to hospital operations.
- Select and mix paint colors to achieve the desired aesthetic while adhering to hospital design guidelines.
- Safeguard all equipment, furniture, and fixtures in the work area, ensuring their protection during the painting process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, disposing of waste materials responsibly.
- Complete tasks efficiently within the designated time frame while upholding the highest quality standards.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring the wellbeing of both yourself and others in the hospital environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter, preferably with experience in hospital or healthcare settings.
- Valid CSCS Card is mandatory.
- Proficiency in using a variety of painting tools including brushes, rollers, and other necessary equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality work.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and hospital staff.
- Punctual, reliable, and dedicated to maintaining a professional work ethic.
- A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to the unique needs of a hospital environment.
