Telephone Receptionist - Bedford -

£ £12.50 per hour-

Weekly Pay -

Flexible Contract Length -

Our client, a busy Franchised Car Dealership in Bedford are looking for an experienced Telephone Receptionist / Telephonist to join them on a temporary basis.


Responsibilities:

As a Telephone Receptionist / Telephonist, your duties will include:

  • Answering all the inbound calls in to the dealership in a timely, polite, and provisional manner.
  • Quickly understand the purpose of the customers call and connecting them to the relevant department or person.
  • Taking accurate messages and passing them on to the relevant department or person in a timely manner
  • Deliver the very best customer service at all times.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:


  • Previous Telephone Receptionist/Telephonist experience
  • Great telephone manner

Desirable Requirements:


  • Car Dealership Experience

Remuneration & Benefits:

- £ £12.50 per hour DOE

  • Weekly Pay
  • Flexible Contract Length

Working Hours:


  • Monday to Friday 8am 6pm
