As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and other support staff to provide one-to-one and group support to pupils with a range of special needs, including physical disabilities, learning difficulties, and autism.

You will assist in the delivery of the curriculum, helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for pupils.


You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and will be able to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

You will be a patient, caring, and flexible individual, with a genuine interest in supporting pupils withspecial needs to achieve their full potential.
