Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients in a respectful and dignified manner.
- Provide emotional support to clients and their families.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as dressing, bathing, eating, and mobility.
- Monitor the health of clients and report any changes to the appropriate personnel.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client care.
- Communicate effectively with other members of the healthcare team.
