Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our super friendly team.

As a Hair Stylist, you will provide exceptional customer service while delivering a wide range of hair services to our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and creativity in a fast-paced and dynamic salon environment.

A great opportunity to build your business within the salon. Own clientele preferred however there is a chance to expand with our large existing client vase.


Responsibilities:

• Provide professional hair services including cutting, styling, colouring treatments
• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable styles or treatments
• Stay uptodate with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and coloring
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and salon areas
• Build and maintain a strong client base through excellent customer service and personalized recommendations
• Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience.
• Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on techniques, trends, and client interactions
• Assist with front desk duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid qualifications
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, colouring techniques
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive salon experience for clients
• Knowledge of current industry trends and techniques
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
