Rail Account Manager
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Rail Account Manager to join our client based in Doncaster.
The successful Rail Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Submitting quotations promptly & accurately converting orders.
  • Planning, prioritising, and checking sales orders and ensuring the details are accurately transferred into order management system.
  • Gaining an understanding of customer needs and requirements.
  • Ensuring administrative policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Communicating, liaising, and negotiating (internally and externally) to ensure customer orders are implemented correctly with 100% accuracy.
  • Providing high standard of customer service.

The Rail Account Manager will have:

  • Previous experience supplying into the rail industry.
  • Experience in account management / customer service / sales administration
  • Energetic and charismatic with a positive attitude
  • Strong organisational skills & acute attention to detail.
  • Experience within a busy office environment.
  • A high level of numeracy.
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken English)
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
