Essential Skills

  • Proven track record of planning, executing, and delivering complex initiatives and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with mínimal supervision
  • Proven leadership skills working collaboratively with virtual teams and stakeholders in an agile environment
  • Experience of driving decisions collaboratively and ability to mediate disagreements and negotiate agreeable resolutions
  • Experience and understanding of largescale infrastructure deployments in enterprisewide environments including technical understanding of IT infrastructure technology
  • Selfmotivation and ability to take initiative and responsibility
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of competence in delivering to large and small audiences (Senior Executives, IT management and engineers). Ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulatedin a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
  • Highly proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ServiceNow, and Confluence
  • Strong diplomacy skills with the ability to negotiate and influence others at all levels of the business

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate initiatives, projects, and programmes across teams from multiple domains
  • Manage delivery schedules to ensure capabilities are delivered in line with our customer requirements and strategic goals
  • Maintain detailed plans for current projects
  • Provide regular and accurate management reporting on progress
  • Chair meetings and steering committees with key stakeholders including executive attendance

Desirable Skills

  • Technical background / knowledge of IT Infrastructure
