Primary Care Warwickshire (PCW) Administrator 16 hours per week Employed by Manor Court Surgery on behalf of PCW Contract Type Permanent Salary £14.00ph Responsible to the Board Job Purpose/Summary To provide administrative and clerical support to PCW team in a timely and efficient manner.

To support the recruitment/induction of PCW roles.

To act as central point of contact, where appropriate, for projects on behalf of PCW and collate information to monitor/review delivery of contract performance.

Events & Meetings Review Terms of Reference as appropriate and flag when due for review or if meeting conditions are non-compliant.

Work with the Board to develop Statutory & Mandatory training schedules and subsequently monitor compliance. Ensure that staff files are complete and comply with GDPR and other relevant legislation.

Support PCW to develop a suite of Policies and Procedures Administration Support PCW Board with ad hoc projects and work as required.

Develop and maintain an action tracker for the PCW Board and support the Board as necessary.

Coordinate activities across the member practices. Develop newsletters as required for scheduled circulation to member practices. Work with PCW Board to develop and maintain the PCN Website. General administrative duties as they arise.

Health & Safety Employees must be aware of the responsibilities placed on them under the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974), and associated legislation, to maintain a safe working environment for both themselves and others, to observe obligations under organisational and departmental Health and Safety Policies, maintaining awareness of safe practices and assessment of risk.
